Soprano XLi is a laser hair removal system developed by scientists for darker or more sensitive skin types. It is performed by our trained doctors.
Unique to Soprano, Soprano XLi hair laser has been designed to treat all skin types, and so it is suitable for all ethnic groups and ages.
Previously patients with darker skin tone or tanned skin have been told they can not undergo laser or light based hair removal treatment for fear of being burned. With the Alma Soprano XLi technology this is no longer a major concern.
This hair removal treatment can be used on different areas of the body, including the underarms, legs and forearms. In addition, this hair removal treatment prevents ingrown hairs, which is a problem that many may face after shaving, waxing or epilating.

Soprano Family uses an 810-nm diode laser technology, the gold standard in laser hair removal since its introduction in 1998. Unlike earlier systems, however, Soprano energy penetrates deep into the dermis where the hair follicle is located, delivering high average power and a rapid 10 pulse-per-second repetition rate.
IN-Motion technology increases comfort
The high average power, low fluencey, high repetition rate SHR mode pulses slowly to increase the temperature of the hair follicle containing the cells responsible for hair regrowth. By constantly moving the handpiece during treatment the energy is delivered safely and more uniform, eliminating skipped spots and ensuring patient comfort.
