ClearSK Aesthetic Clinics operate under the medical division of ClearSK Group.

Tele-medicine by Remote:
- The clinics stated above have obtained Singapore’s Ministry of Health approval for remote medical consultation by telemedicine.
- Patients must NOT seek for essential life savings measure by remote provision
- Please WhatsApp us at +6597108808 to book a telemedicine consultation in advance. Alternatively you can also email us at feedback@clearsk.com; Minimum 2-3 working days’ notice is required.
- Charges for remote consultation :
- First time under 15 minutes S$90; longer than 15 minutes S$50 per 15 minutes ; Repeat or review consultation $50
- Remote tele-consultation tool used would be Zoom video communications. Please arrange to download this software before the consultation. Proper Identity verification is necessary to protect patients’ privacy and confidentiality.
- Video recording would be made of each tele-consultation for proper documentation of each session.
- Scope of service of remote service:
i) Local patients
For pre-existing patients who have already seen our doctors inside our clinic premises, and only for follow up of their post treatment concerns.ii) Overseas patients
A pre-treatment consultation would be offered, initially by our clinic consultants to register each patient and to triage the suitability of the conditions for tele-consultation. You would be asked to submit personal identification and medical reports in advance.
A subsequent remote consultation would then be arranged.
However as this is a pre-consultation, do you would still be required to turn up in person for a face to face consultation in the clinic prior to the treatment being offered.
